Niemi Gone

It seems that the list of players leaving the Chicago Blackhawks is almost as long as the list of players returning for next season.

The latest victim of the Salary Cap Massacre is Antti Niemi.

It is as it has been all Summer long... Sad to see him go.

All I have to say about this summer is any hockey fan would thank his lucky stars to have a lineup that includes:

1. Toews
2. Kane
3. Hossa
4. Sharp
5. Keith
6. Seabrook
7. Campbell

    We miss him already. Huet took the cup to the Eiffel Tower. There are rules in the universe. One of them is that super novas, while fun to look at, will kill you if you stand too close. Another rule is, Lord Stanley's cup does not belong at, near, or around the Eiffel Tower. You think that Duncan Keith knows what a croissant is? (Ed)
